Don't know how to edit my header

Can anyone help? I want the words on the side and then the ability to insert a picture. I like the look of my new blog. What do you all think?

I can put a picture in the frame for you, but I'm not sure how to get the words on the side... unless I embed them into your header. If you want to send me that header file and a picture you want inserted, I will do it for you in Photoshop.
